Just had a great experience obtaining supply in medical supply dept and Bobby went the extra mile. He was efficient and knowledgeable and fantastic follow through of keeping me informed as he located best product for circumstances. What a great example of customer service and knowledge!

I needed to replace my CPAP mask and strap, but I'm not currently followed by a sleep doctor. Staff helped me find a mask that happened to be on clearance that I could afford out of pocket, saving me hundreds of dollars! I believe the name of the person that helped me was Andrea, and because of how great she was, I'll be back. The store itself is nice, and I enjoyed browsing.

I needed a knee scooter after breaking my ankle. Bobby was pretty busy, but took great care of me. He took time to listen, explain how to operate and collapse it, then helped me out to my car. Very personable as well!
